Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to retain possession of equipment until all outstanding balances are paid in full, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Repair Authorization

By requesting service, you authorize us to inspect, diagnose, and communicate with you regarding your equipment and the repairs needed.

We may seek customer approval before performing repairs that exceed the original estimate or involve major additional work.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EQUIPFIX LLC d/b/a The Mower Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
